Things To Do at Knapp's Narrows Marina

At Knapp's Narrows Marina charter fishing, sailing, lighthouse tours, as well as kayaks are available for those who wish to get out on the water. Enjoy the day at our 25 x 60' pool and cabana with upper observation deck. Dine inside our restaurant Bay Hundred or outside on the deck watching Knapp's Narrows Draw Bridge and watermen unloading their daily catch.

If you are coming by boat there is easy access at our new floating dock on Knapp's Narrows. Air-conditioned bath houses and laundry facilities are available. Boating groups are always welcome.

Special Events:

Tilghman Island Seafood Festival is celebrated in June. The festival takes place at Kronsberg Park where there will be live music, crab races, a crab picking contest, and arts and crafts for sale. Tilghman Volunteer Fire Department will be serving steamed crabs and cold beer, crab cakes, soft crabs, crab soup and fried clams. The festival concludes with a parade.   Saturday, June 24th, 2006

Tilghman Island Day is in October. The festival consists of Waterman exhibits, workboat races, boat docking contests, live music, auction and Chesapeake Bay seafood. Local specialties include oysters on the half shell, oyster stew, fried oysters, oyster fritters and other delicacies.   Saturday, October 21st, 2006

CLASS ACT On the Chesapeake Bay during the spring and fall seasons, the Class Act operates on a daily and half day charter fishing trips. Bay fishing specializes in catching Rock/Stripped Bass, Black Drum, Flounder, Sea Trout/Weakfish and other species of fish. Visit Class Act Charters
